Textile PLI reopens 1 Nov to 31 Dec 2026, with the turnover bar cut to Rs 100 crore
Makers of MMF apparel, MMF fabric and technical textiles, including exporters, can apply for PLI Phase 4 on pli.texmin.gov.in from 1 November to 31 December 2026. The minimum turnover for Part 2 drops from Rs 200 crore to Rs 100 crore.
