DGFT Notification 44/2026-27: Export policy amended for prepared culture media (ITC(HS) 38210000)

DGFT Notification No. 44/2026-27 dated 12 October 2026. Exports of prepared culture media for micro-organisms or plant, human or animal cells (ITC(HS) 38210000) remain Free. Where the importing country requires it, CAPEXIL issues a consignment-wise Shipment Clearance Certificate. A Health Certificate is issued jointly by CAPEXIL and the Regional Animal Quarantine Officer. Effective immediately.
