DGFT Trade Notice 32/2026-27: Amendments to Alternative Trade Instruments (export factoring) support under Niryat Protsahan

DGFT notice of 26 October 2026. It removes the UIN requirement (exporters are identified by IEC), lists the three eligible factoring types (M1, M2, M3) and sets the steps and deadlines for factors and exporters filing claims on the DGFT portal. It also confirms MSME exporters can use it alongside interest subvention, as long as the same invoice is not claimed under both.
